"In our opinion, it's worth paying for a deluxe room, or better, if you can afford: our double deluxe room had a fantastic street view of the Via Nazionale (with good sound proofing), a high ceiling with a beautiful fresco, lovely marble bathroom, effective air conditioning and was clean and spacious."

small elevator inconsistent elevator

the location was convenient for reaching many popular spots, about fifteen minutes on foot from roma termini.

The elevator was quite small. It barely fit two people. also, it did not work consistently during my three-night stay, functioning only one day. this was especially frustrating since i had luggage.

friendly staff comfy bed stone work wet floor few amenities internal yard

the staffs was friendly. taro, giada, riccardo, lana, and rida were helpful and well presented. our room was beautiful, the original stone work was amazing. a huge comfy bed and a bathroom had a large shower.

not many amenity was in the room, i ask for toothpaste the second time and the hotel said they were out of stock. room dont have natural light, the window face an internal yard.

Underwhelming Stay Near Termini

uninspiring view lacking bathroom door

The room faced an interior courtyard and my view consisted of some pretty uninspiring building maintenance. The bathroom lacked a proper door I wasn't thrilled about using all the towels to mop up water after each shower.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff!

The hotel's location was excellent! It's a short walk to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. I found a supermarket called Tigre right in front of the hotel. It sells everything from cheeses and salads to wine and even phone chargers. The triple room worked well. It offered sufficient space for three people.

The air conditioner wasn't working perfectly, so the room was a bit stuffy at times.

Breakfast included a standard continental selection. I found the pancake machine to be a fun touch, especially for kids!!! The coffee provided was pretty good as well, so a GOOD start to the day.
